Our Story
New to Nashville.
The experience behind it is not.
Behind this name is the business owner, Ms. Flaz — and more than ten years of real work that began at the very bottom, with her own two hands. Homes, hotels and cabins, cleaned room by room, taught her what “clean” truly means in places where the standard is written in stone. Every room taught something new. Every client raised the bar. And one rule became sacred along the way: if it is not impeccable, it is not finished. At 7XVII that rule is never negotiated. Here, it simply has another name: luxury. And every home is cared for the way a mother cares for her own — with love in the details — so when we leave, what remains is not only clean: it is harmony, and peace.
2014
Where it began
The founder started cleaning professionally from the very bottom: homes, hotels and cabins — learning the trade room by room and surface by surface, until excellence stopped being a goal and became a habit.
2019
Her own company
She launched a cleaning company of her own and led it across Saint Louis, Missouri, Illinois and Asheville, North Carolina — under other names, through every kind of service, client, team, culture and product. The company went on to serve as an independent contractor for Hilton hotels, with its owner leading a team of more than 40 employees — proof that the 7XVII standard holds at any scale.
Today

Now all of that fire arrives in Nashville as 7XVII: new to this city, with an old soul — a decade of rooms behind it, and one promise on every visit — finished to perfection, or not finished at all.
